December 1st, 2009 onwards, Cottica Tours
started guiding completely arranged tours in
and near Suriname. Cottica Tours is
registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer
van Koophandel en Fabrieken) (KKF) (#49443)
and we are also a member of the tourism
foundation of Suriname (Stichting Toerisme
Suriname) (STS).
Cottica Tours is mostly focused on
(Christian) tourists, whose interests are
nature, adventure, culture, entertainment
and education.

 Our
guides always see to that your trip remains
fascinating and educational. Do not hesitate
to ask the guide to explain something or do
an activity with you. We offer travel
organizations and groups attractive
multiple-days packages.
Together with you we will make the package
as attractive and acceptable as possible.
The prices of our tours are on request. We
want our tours to be attractive and
affordable for our clients. Therefore we do
not have permanent prices.
If your group has 10 persons you will pay
less than if your group has 5 persons.
Students and apprentices get nice discounts!
It is also possible to put an own trip
together.
All our tours are including:

The stay in traditional houses or
guesthouses (at multiple-day tours to
the jungle) with hammocks and/or beds,
with or without mosquito net.

During the tours it is advisable to equip
yourself with the following:
Insect repellant lotion, good walking shoes,
slippers, flashlight with spare batteries,
headgear (cap, hat), sun block lotion,
toilet items, light colored sleeping clothes
(long sleeves preferred), swimsuit, raincoat
and a good mood!!
